The hardest problems are Relationship Problems
It's so easy to put someone down, and I think I've destroyed far too many people for the record, just for saying a few words.

Next are the higher management problems
I believe a lot of people wearing green want to take the initiative, but after a few months give up because they try so hard to bring positive changes, but no one wants to support them, there's so much red tape all around the place, and its a thankless job. It really is.

And Murphy
It always comes to disturb you, but it's funny now when I look back and see how disastrous things were, and we all had our fair share of it( although I had it worst). Life is never smooth, the max time period that things can be 'perfect' is probably slightly less than a week.
